Do you offer a referral program?

- Referrals are paid in amounts of $50, $100, $150, or $200 depending on the size of the purchase
- Referrals are paid once the new job is completed and paid in full
- The new job must be purchased within 6 months of the referral to be eligible for payout

What is the typical process for a lighting installation?
We make the entire process simple, seamless, and stress-free — from design to installation.

How long does an installation take?
In most cases, we can complete your installation in just one day. We’ll coordinate timing with you in advance, and you only need to be there briefly at the start and finish — we handle the rest.
Will there be any disruptions during installation?
Not at all. We keep the process simple and non-intrusive — there’s no need to shut off your power or disrupt your home. We connect the system to an existing outlet, so everything is up and running the same day.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
Not for the whole time. As long as we have access to a power source, we can complete the installation while you’re away. We’ll just need you there at the end to get everything connected to your phone and make sure you’re comfortable using the system.

How much does your holiday lighting service cost?
Pricing can vary based on the size and complexity of the installation however our minimum is $500 and our average home runs about $1500. We know that every home and business is unique so we offer personalized quotes to ensure you receive a fair estimate. Contact us for a free consultation today.
What types of holiday lights do you offer?
We use commercial grade, energy-efficient LED lights. They are extremely durable and bright. We use C9 LED bulbs for most roof lines, C7 LED bulbs for larger trees and LED mini lights for small trees, bushes, columns, and railings. We also offer a wide variety of colors to suit your preferences; everything from classic warm white to any color in the rainbow. Feel free to contact us for ideas and potential color schemes.
Do you provide the lights, or do I need to purchase them separately?
We will provide the lights and all necessary materials as part of our all-inclusive service. Don’t stress about climbing ladders and untangling strings of lights this year. Let us do the hard work for you and enjoy a hassle-free holiday season.
How early should I book your services for holiday light installation?
It’s advisable to book as early as possible, especially if you have a specific date in mind. The holiday season is a busy time, and securing your installation date in advance ensures availability.
What happens if a bulb burns out or there's a problem with the lights?
We will maintain and repair your lights throughout the holiday season. If a bulb burns out or any issues arise, simply contact us, and we’ll be there to fix it in no time.
When will you install the lights, and when will you remove them?
All current customer installs will start in October, while new customer installs will start in November. All lights will be taken down before the end of January.
Do you offer design consultations?
Absolutely! We offer design consultations to help you plan the perfect holiday lighting display that complements your home or business and reflects your style.
Are you insured, and do you have safety measures in place?
Yes, we are fully insured, and safety is a top priority. Our experienced team follows strict safety protocols to ensure a secure installation.
What is your early installation discount?
If you are a new customer and you schedule your installation date before November 1st, you will receive 10% off your total invoice.
What is your referral discount?
If you are a current customer and you refer a friend, neighbor or family member, we will give you a 10% discount on your lights the following year. If you have 2 referrals, you will receive a 20% discount and if you have 6 referrals you will receive a 60% discount. Heck, if you refer 10 of your friends or neighbors, we’ll install lights on your home the following year for free! We truly appreciate the support and we’re happy to provide business cards and flyers that you can hand out.
Can I provide my own lights?
Due to insurance reasons we can not install homeowners lights. Our goal is to make your holiday season a hassle-free experience, so we urge you to give us a call to learn more about our all-inclusive service. The commercial grade LED lights that we use are much brighter and more durable than store bought lights and they will provide a very clean, bright and brilliant look that will stand out in any neighborhood. Also, with our all-inclusive program you won’t need to worry about maintaining, repairing or storing your lights because we will take care of everything for you!
